The rules for submitting your articles to Article Cache are simple, but they must be followed or your submission will be deleted.

General Guidelines

• The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
• By submitting your articles to Article Cache , you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
• By submitting your articles to Article Cache , you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other Article Cache users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
• Do not submit multiple copies of the same article using different titles or with minor alterations - This constitutes Duplicate Content and Spamming of our directory. Doing so will cause us to terminate your account and delete all your articles. Bear in mind, we read every article submitted to our directory.
• Submitting your articles to Article Cache does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from Article Cache or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
• Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason without notification.
• Your article must not be an advertisement - Articles primary focused on promoting a person, product, service or website are considered advertisements. If it appears to be a sales letter disguised as an article, it will be deleted. Please write an informative articles on a topic related to your product, service or website and promote it in the signature/bio box.
• Do not submit an article to multiple categories - This constitutes Duplicate Content and Spamming of our directory - see above.
• Due to high rates of spam, articles promoting online Pharmacies, Drugstores, Viagra or any derivatives are NOT permitted.
  
• No sexual or pornographic articles will be accepted - Don't waist your time or ours. Articles that contain links to what we consider to be questionable websites will be removed - these include pornographic, adult, hacking, racist, intolerant and anything else that is fraudulent or infringes on the legal rights of others.
• Many authors choose to use pen names instead of their real name. This is common and acceptable. Here at Article Cache we only host quality articles written by top notch authors. Accordingly, your pen name needs to be professional. We will not accept articles written under an inappropriate or throw away pen name.

Article Body Guidelines

• No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to Article Cache should not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
• A minimum of 500 words is required. Shorter articles will be deleted without notification.
• URLs are only allowed in Signature/Bio box - We do not allow URLs to be included in the body of the article. However, you are encouraged to add up to three links in your signature box.
• Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
• Do not use  <br> or <p> tags for paragraphing in the Article Body. A hard return is sufficient. Hit return(enter) twice will create a paragraph -- a single linefeed should separate paragraphs, and there should be no linefeeds at the beginning or end of an article. We do not fix paging problems with your articles. It takes too much time. Articles that use <br> and <p> tags will be deleted.
• Do not put author contact information in the body of the article - All contact information should be in the Signature/Bio Box

Signature/Bio Box Guidelines

• Your full name must be the first item in your Resource Box. You can precede it with: "About The Author:" or "Author:"
• Your Signature/Bio Box should entice the reader to go to your website -- A signature box stuffed with too many keywords/links is counter productive.
• All your URLs must begin with - http:// - a URL without the "http" protocol specification attached to it will not be clickable. If in doubt, preview the article before submitting and review the links in the resource box. URLs should follow the format: <A HREF="http://www.mywebsite.com">my website</A>
• Do not include more than three links in the Signature/Bio Box
• Do not use <b></b> tags to emphasize your URLs in the Resource Box. You may only use <b> </b> tags to "bold" the Author Name in the Signature/Bio Box.
• Do not use <p> or <br> tags in the Signature/Bio Box. The Signature/Bio Box text should flow continuously and wrap naturally.
